4th & 32 Power Rankings After Week 15

Updated: Jan 7

**Team (record) (W/L streak) (aggregate score from individual power rankings) +/- movement in rankings

1. Green Bay Packers (11-3) (W3) (5) +0

Ethan Seu: Best record and overall team in the league

Cole Smithson: Extremely efficient and lethal offense and playmaking defense. Only team with a clinched playoff spot in the NFL.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (10-4) (W7) (7) +5

Ethan Seu: Hottest team in the league. Even without the offense in full form this defense has been stepping up in a big way

Cole Smithson: Offense could be more dynamic at times, but this team always has a chance regardless of opponent

3. New England Patriots (9-5) (L1) (18) +0

Ethan Seu: Win streak had to come to an end to humble them to work harder. This team is great, especially on defense and I think Mac Jones is capable of winning any game

Cole Smithson: If Mac Jones can keep playing above his head, this team has all the fixins' of a classic Patriots team

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-4) (L1) (19) +0

Ethan Seu: Injuries to star players are a cause for concern down the stretch, but this team is still led by Tom Brady and a great defensive unit so all they need is momentum at the right time

Cole Smithson: Never doubt Tom Brady and what's left of this team. Injuries are really concerning at this point

5. Indianapolis Colts (8-6) (W2) (20) +1

Ethan Seu: Truly better than their six losses. This is one of the best teams in football showing that they can beat the best just by dominantly running the ball and creating more turnovers than any team in the league

Cole Smithson: This team can go all the way despite their play at Quarterback. I'm not a Wentz guy, but Jonathan Taylor is having a beast mode of a season

6. Los Angeles Rams (10-4) (W3) (21) -1

Ethan Seu: This team’s success is totally based on how Stafford plays. Lucky for them he’s been playing great most of the year and Cooper Kupp is having an all-time year as a receiver

Cole Smithson: Stafford can get hot enough to win a Super Bowl with this team

7. Arizona Cardinals (10-4) (L2) (28) -5

Ethan Seu: Faltering down the stretch in a similar way to how last season. Once considered the best in the league is now maybe the biggest fakest

Cole Smithson: I have now idea how to feel about this team. My gut says they'll be an easy out in the playoffs

8. Dallas Cowboys (10-4) (W3) (30) -2

Ethan Seu: This team will never win a super bowl because they lack consistency. That being said their defense has been an absolute force to uplift them when Dak Prescott has underperformed this year

Cole Smithson: I need to see Dak get out of his mini-slump before I buy them as a Super Bowl contender again

9. San Francisco 49ers (8-6) (W2) (40) +6

Ethan Seu: Super overlooked and a scary match-up for any team in the playoffs.

Cole Smithson: I will never trust Jimmy G in a big spot and this team is going to need him

10. Buffalo Bills (8-6) (W1) (40) -2

Ethan Seu: Now on the fringe of the playoffs with a Quarterback playing on a bad foot, the Bills have their back against the wall and need to show they’re the type of contenders we all thought they’d be

Cole Smithson: I think this team at it's best can beat any team in the league. Their offense has become one-dimensional at times and it makes it much easier to stop Josh Allen that way

11. Los Angeles Chargers (8-6) (L1) (43) +2

Ethan Seu: Still a team that’s very over-hyped in my opinion, but you can’t doubt the abilities of Justin Herbert with a very talented skill group around him

Cole Smithson: I like this team a lot. Herbert is godly, but they have some holes

12. Baltimore Ravens (8-6) (L3) (52) -3

Ethan Seu: Still a playoff team in my mind even with a mile long injury list. If Lamar Jackson comes back healthy and ready to win this team could get hot at the right time.

Cole Smithson: A ton of injuries coinciding with their luck running out is the perfect formula to miss the playoffs

13. Cincinatti Bengals (8-6) (W1) (56) -1

Ethan Seu: This is a young team that’s playing better than expected for this season. They could very well make the playoffs, and if they do they could be a scary matchup for any defense

Cole Smithson: One of the most up and down teams in a very up and down season. I believe Burrow always gives them a chance

14. Miami Dolphins (7-7) (W6) (59) +2

Ethan Seu: Super hot at the right time and rolling with a lot of positive momentum. When the defense helps out, a cleat Tua equals wins

Cole Smithson: Six wins in a row, but I want them to play a real team. If they can get into the playoffs I think they will be exposed

15. Tennessee Titans (9-5) (L1) (59) -4

Ethan Seu: Most overrated team in the NFL, fake 9 win team

Cole Smithson: Need their weapons back to be competitive again. Tannehill cannot do it by himself

16. Philadelphia Eagles (7-7) (W2) (68) +5

Ethan Seu: A team that could be rolling at the right time. They’re the best rushing attack in the league and they’ve been steam-rolling teams on the ground lately

Cole Smithson: They can run on anybody with an incredible offensive line and a plethora of good runners. I believe in them to be able to beat anybody that cannot force them to pass

17. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6-1) (W1) (70) +0

Ethan Seu: Mike Tomlin will find a way to stay above .500 whether they make the playoffs or not

Cole Smithson: A remarkable knack to pull games out of their ass, but they don't have the Quarterback play to compete against elite teams. Hang em up, Ben

18. Cleveland Browns (7-7) (L1) (72) +2

Ethan Seu: Injuries have ruined the high hopes around this team’s season. Baker should get out of the kitchen and wrap the season up to go cause it’s over

Cole Smithson: This team got decimated by injuries and are still sticking around. Need consistent Quarterback play

19. Minnesota Vikings (7-7) (W2) (74) +3

Ethan Seu: Cousins & Jefferson are trying to keep this team alive, but a lack of defense and an offense without Adam Theilin make this team look a lot worse than their record

Cole Smithson: This team is completely hampered by the inconsistency and un-clutchnes of one man. Looking at you, Kirk

20. New Orleans Saints (6-6) (W2) (75) +3

Ethan Seu: This Defense is single handedly winning this team games. The offense will be a concern for the rest of the year even with Kamara playing

Cole Smithson: I never knew I'd miss Jameis Winston quite this much. This defense is outstanding except for a few exceptions

21. Washington Football Team (7-7) (L2) (81) -7

Ethan Seu: Offense is underwhelming and a good defensive front can’t cover up with a secondary that cannot cover a soul

Cole Smithson: Injuries have really hurt this team, but Ron Rivera is a hell of a coach

22. Las Vegas Raiders (7-7) (W1) (83) -3

Ethan Seu: I wish they were better but after a year of a lot of misfortune for this organization their power ranking will match their eventual finish. I predict a lackluster finish

Cole Smithson: I love this team, but do they want to win? Prove it by bringing in people that can take advantage of the pieces we have

23. Denver Broncos (7-7) (L1) (89) -5

Ethan Seu: Need a consistent Quarterback desperately. Teddy B is fine, but not enough to carry this team when the defense isn't dominant

Cole Smithson: I have not liked what I've seen from them this season. In year three of Vic Fangio I think it's time to wonder if he's more than a Defensive Coordinator

24. Atlanta Falcons (6-8) (L1) (95) +2

Ethan Seu: Far and away have gone beyond expectations set for this team, but still a bad team that needs a skill player not named Kyle Pitts or Cordarelle Patterson

Cole Smithson: They have some pieces, but that's not enough around an aging Quarterback. Get Matt Ryan out of there or give him a line I cannot watch him get killed anymore

25. Seattle Seahawks (5-9) (L1) (100) +0

Ethan Seu: Team facing a major rebuild after years of success .An underwhelming year and a checked out Quarterback don’t mix well for organizational success

Cole Smithson: All good things must come to an end. I'll never forgive them for not handing it off to Marshawn Lynch

26. Chicago Bears (4-10) (L3) (102) +1

Ethan Seu: Fields has great potential, but needs a new coach. Nagy needs to be out Cole Smithson: They have some dudes, but need to bring in a new regime

27. Carolina Panthers (5-9) (L4) (107) -3

Ethan Seu: Solid defensive year but not having CMC or a quarterback destroyed this offense’s hopes and the job security of now former Offensive Coordinator Joe Brady

Cole Smithson: Unbearable to watch on offense. They haven't had a plan B for McCaffrey for two seasons

28. Detroit Lions (2-11-1) (W1) (112) +1

Ethan Seu: Dan Campbell can officially motivate this team to beat a solid opponent. They might not be the prettiest team but they’ll play as hard as they can for the guy standing next to them

Cole Smithson: I am unbelievably impressed by this team and Dan Campbell based on what the roster is

29. New York Giants (4-10) (L3) (116) -1

Ethan Seu: Need to figure out the Quarterback situation and Joe Judge might not be the guy, but he has one more year to show what he can do

Cole Smithson: Cannot believe they're bringing back Joe Judge, but that's why this team has won so few games the past five season

30. Houston Texans (3-11) (W1) (120) +1

Ethan Seu: Better than the worst, but still not great. Just entering a rebuild and need to figure out what pieces are going to be there for the long haul

Cole Smithson: A better team than I thought they would be, but I am worried about the future

31. New York Jets (3-11) (L3) (123) -1

Ethan Seu: Zach Wilson is as underwhelming as this organization as a whole

Cole Smithson: They've had moments which is more than I can see for the Jaguars

32. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-10) (L6) (128) +0

Ethan Seu: The worst team in the league and now they’re without a Head C oach, don’t expect much from this team the rest of the year

Cole Smithson: I'd rather be on a fun team that loses 17 games than be on a team this boring and win two
